how do I identify an airbus a320 from a boeing triple 7 airplane?

So, I wondered how I could tell a airbus a320 from the sky from an boeing triple 7. For, they all loke the same size and my friend and I are very confused. I want to grow up and become a pilot so need to now the difference. this might be hard, but if you can answer it than, "PLEASE."

i wish i could tell the difference but i know NOTHING about airplanes -_- being a pilot sounds kewl tho!
