How do you stop a temper?

As y'all might know I've got a MASSIVE temper and it triggers very easily. ( if your on kn you'll see some of my temper.) How in the world do you get rid of a temper??????????????????????????????

When u feel like ur going to get mad, just breath and count to ten. I don't think that there's a way to completely get rid of it, u just have to remember to stay calm.
