I don't know much about Hungary but I can infer from other places that this simple European country is similar.
-Open tourist attractions, this will create a new scene for this uncommonly announced country.
-Raise / lower trade prices, If they are too high, none will by them, If they are too low, Hungary won't be getting the benefits they could be getting.
- Make the country more popular/inviting, they could do this by trying to get on the news, attend world meeting, or just being a friendly president.
-NO SECRETS, make sure that there are no secrets kept from the civilians so that they aren't living there in deceit, have local government access channels.
