Any tips on how to draw better.

I love to draw but all my art turns out bad. I have a really hard time drawing anime eyes. Can you help please?

I suggest looking at other art, watching tutorials, and working on the general shape. Your art will never be perfect the first time, it is all a learning curve, so practice as much as you can! 

For anime eyes:

1. Make a circle
2. Make a circle within that circle
3. Add a shadow within the second circle
4. Use your pencil to blend the shadow down 
5. Add a pupil 
6. Erase for a highlight
