do you think people who post there questions in CAPITAL LETTERS recive more views?

i've found that if i post something in all caps more people will view it, does that seem odd to you, or has it happened to you, OR (EVEN MORE IMPORTANT) do you mostly click on things with ALL CAP TITTLES???
