Are you guys staying up till midnight?

Question

Since it’s New Year’s Eve, are you guys gonna stay up in till midnight?

I am, I am actually going to this family friendly new years even with my mom(there is going to be fireworks!) ir lasts from 10:00-12:30. I’ll literally be going out to this even at my normal bedtime!(10 pm is my normal bedtime) So I’ll probably end up falling asleep at like 2:00 am-2:30 since I’ll probably get home and watch a show and read a little bit to get tired. I’m also seeing a movie at 2:00 pm as it is a tradition that me and my mom go to see a movie on New Year’s Eve. I am so excited!

I stayed up until 2:30am.

I mean go on different servers in different countries and celebrate with them…

I went to a South African server earlier today, and it had 4 people on it including me, yet we celebrated the arrival of 2024.

And now I’m gonna try to join a Venezuelan server. It’s probably gonna be the last server I join for the night, as I’m watching the ball drop at 9:00pm my time and the Seattle 2024 celebration at midnight my time. (Both are on TV)

Turns out with timing, I can attend 2 more celebrations in Minecraft. I’ll aim to join a Mexican server for my next one and for my last one, I don’t know.

It’s my second year for me. My parents said that I stayed up until midnight on New Years Eve 2021 even though…

I actually randomly woke up a few minutes before midnight on February 20, 2022. I decided to stay awake on midnight and since I knew it would be President’s Day the next day, when midnight happened and February 21 happened, I whispered, “Happy President’s Day!”

Yes, I know the place of the apostrophe is wrong. But I’m not fixing it.
