I have a lot. I have adhd. However, like Nobi my hyperfixations are always changing. Sometimes they are pretty permanet or last years. Sometimes they last like  a month.

Currently,

1. The hunger games

2. Character.ai

3. The owl house(for 2 years)

4. Gilmore girls(for 1 year)

5. American girl dolls(on and offfor past 3 years)

6. Harry potter(forever)

7. Religion

I have a suspicion of ADD, but idk. Here are mine:

1. Theatre
2. Journalism
3. Writing
4. Singing (I have stayed in my room and sung for literal HOURS

I'm not sure, but my hyperfixations probably vary because of my ADD/ADHD. I think if I didn't have the latter, I would fixate on something for a longer amount of time.

Currently, they are:

Piano

and (kind of) Guitar.
