Life updates(wow I rarely do these)

Question

Something I have never done before is fake an injury to get out of P.E. But I really did not want to play floor hockey. So  said my foot hurt and sat on the bleachers for the remainder of class. I don’t think my p.E teacher was convinced, but he couldn’t say no as he didn’t no for sure if I was actually injured

So recently I got great news!

So I go to a huge middle school, like it has around 1,100 students. There are 350 students in the 6th grade.

My school also has a talent/elective system. There are 6 talents, Vocal, Phtography, Band, Dance(boo), Art and Drama. Each week you go to your talent/ elective for a double period twice a week(for my half of the 6th grade it’s Tuesdays and Thursday periods 5-6.). For the first half of 6th grade, you spend the time cycling between the different talents, spending a few weeks in each so you can find out which one you want to do.

Each talent can only have 60 people in it/ 2 classes of it. The people who have electives at the same time are in their elective at the same time. Drama is extremely popular. As about 150 kids put drama first choice, and only 60 can get in.

On Wednesday I found out that not only had I gotten in, my best friend had too! And my other friend from my class! On Thursday, I had my first class and it was so fun. We are gonna do a   Annie play!

I am soooo happy!

Also, the PE situation.

Last year, I told my teacher at the beginning of our ball game that I had gotten hit in the thumb with the ball (cuz it was true) but he said it I had been hit I would have been crying by now. That made me very mad. So I walked out of the gym and cried. I wasnt faking it. It really hurt and I was angry he didnt believe me. He eventually came out and said, "Rachel what are you doing?" I didnt answer just cried. He then said, "I find it suspicious that right after I said you would be crying right now if you were truely hurt you started crying. Rach, are you take crying?"

 and no! I wasnt!

Also this week, my class is doing a floor hockey unit!
