This tale begins in a kingdom more powerful than adventure called The Land of The Greatest Kings. Now, long ago, Queen Florence gave birth to two princes- Prince Harvey and Prince Jasper. When her husband King Peter died in battle, it was the law that the oldest son would take the throne. Prince Harvey was older, so he became king. Prince Jasper was furious, though he kept this a secret.
When King Harvey was 14 and Prince Jasper was 12, he came up with a very clever prank that would hopefully overthrow his brother. Here is how the prank went: Jasper hid King Harvey's crown in the rose bushes in the royal garden. Then, he hid King Harvey's cape in the old toy chest. Next, he hid King Harvey's staff in one of the suits of armor in the castle hall. Finally, he hid King Harvey's throne behind a tapestry of King Harvey's father King Bernard.
Even though Jasper thought that this would make King Harvey he was still a prince, he found all of the hidden items.
The older Jasper got, the more brilliant his plans got. But they never worked.
When he turned 18, he hired 12 peasants to carry out his plans and get items needed for the plans. He called them Royal Helpers.
But when he turned 20 and his plans still ceased to work, he got suspicious that King Harvey was using his guards to keep track of him. So, he moved to a new location which he called The Lair of Bidding. With this name, nobody would suspect that it was an evil lair.
To prevent further suspicions, he renamed himself The Mighty One and dressed in leather boots, a purple cape, armor, and golden rings.
But when he was 25, he discovered he could use evil magic by accidentally reading the mind of one of his Royal Helpers.
