Irl I can pick up a 40lb dumb-bell     :)    I promise im not lying. I am legit only 11 and can pick up 40lb dumb-bell    :)

When I was seven and my dad was alive I used to pick him up easily and he was 220 pounds srry if im bragging and on cheer that I cant be on rn I used to lift up Trevor and he's easlliy 110 pounds or something sorry if im bragging lol

I used to lift around 100 because of cheerleading. I STRUGGLED carrying a 38-pound water case at Costco today
