Yesterday I took my own shower. Yes I'm 11 and just now taking them by myself. I chose not to for a while. Please don't judge. I'm gonna do it again today. My little sister made a big fuss about me doing it for the first time.she seemed really excited about it.

Congrats!

My parents wanted me to take a shower alone by the start of 3rd grade (8 for me), but I ended up starting at the end of 4th grade (9, almost 10 for me).

I’ve been taking normal showers by myself since I was like 6, but I’ve been washing my hair showering by myself for like two years, I’m 11
