It is about conjoined twins Tippi and Grace. It is a teen book told by Grace. The twins have a sister nicknamed Dragon and have a dad who drinks. There are two people in it (one with tattoos and another with HIV) who are negative influences, which I did not like. When the twins get sick, Tippi's heart begins beating for both and Grace needs a transplant, but the only way to is to become separated. As they are attached from the hips downward, sharing legs and internal organs like the liver and reproductive system, this is risky, and for both, survival rate is low.
