Queer means basically anything related to LGBTQIA+++
So if your trans you can use the word queer
If you’re aroace, queer
If you’re gay, queer
If you’re bi, queer
It’s basically another group word. Some use it to describe themselves when they are questioning, and others just use it because that best fits them, like me at the moment.
I would use it sparingly though, as it used to be a slur against lgbtq people, but one day we decided to fake it back
