Something I want to spread the word on

Hello

As you guys know, I am feeling very horrible. I dealt with 3 panic attacks.

I want to make a poster, or a sign to spread the word about what my school is doing with the whole Nordic Preservation ban.

what can I draw to spread the word? or as a sign.

Also, thanks for the support for me and my mental health, you guys are great

Also, if you can PLEASE make a post to spread the word. using a tag or something

Aw im so sry. I deal with panic attacks too. is there anything i can do to help u? I have no idea what the situation is in ur school so maybe u could tell me about it and i can help.
