my legs have decided to be rude today :D

they decided to stop when i was going downstairs

i fell down the stairs!

now im laying in bed with a bloody lip and scuffed shoulder.

WHY?

once I fell down 5 steps and it still hurt and I was still sore the next day so I can't imagine how much it would hurt falling down COMPLETLY
