My baby sis asked me if owls can really see at night so what do you guys think?

Yes, owls have more rods, that can make you better focus on darker light during the night, and have less cones in their eyes, which can make you better focus on brighter light in the daytime. The reason they were built like this was because rodents were trying to attack them at night, so they needed better protection.

Yes. Unlike humans, they have a special thing in their eyes that helps them. This is why you can see their eyes glow at night, if you can.
