Worst: Creed 3
I loved Creed 3, but it’s easily the worst out of the Creed series.
Damian has a great motive to get to the top. Damian just won a golden gloves tournament, and he drives to a gas station or liquor store or sum to get some stuff to celebrate. His friend, Adonis, spots his abusive adoptive father, beats him up for no reason, some guys pull him back, and Damian, thinking they’re trying to kidnap Adonis, pulls a pistol on them, trying to save his friend.
The police come, and Damian puts his hands up.
Meanwhile, Adonis runs away like a little baby although his friend tried helped him.
Damian gets 20 years in prison while Adonis gets away scot-free.
Adonis completely forgets about Damian and rises to the top, and gets the career Damian should’ve gotten.
Damian returns and is relatively kind to Adonis.
Damian does some bad things to get a title shot, and he gets his title. Adonis goes and challenges Damian for the title, and he wins it.
Stupid movie with the most predictable plot ever.
I enjoyed how many fights there were though, plus Amara had a CLEAN punch tho
Middle: Creed 2
I won’t sum up the plot, but I thought it was good because it returned to the roots of my favorite Rocky movie, Rocky IV.
Viktor Drago was a great antagonist, and Creed losing to him the first time was a nice touch, kinda like how Rocky lost to Clubber Lang the first time in Rocky III.
Creed 2 was fun, and it had a decent plot.
It was predictable though.
Best: Creed
It had everything that made the first Rocky movie great.
Creed has a normal rich-boy life, and he’s bored.
He goes to Mexico sometimes to fight, and he’s got a solid record.
He wants to box, but his adoptive mother, still having trauma from her husband dying in the ring, doesn’t want him to.
He meets Rocky Balboa and is trained by him.
After a fight with a decently high-ranked competitor, and the champ breaking his opponent’s jaw at the weigh-in, Adonis competes for the title.
It has a lot of realism, as he does not win.
However, he goes the distance and loses by split decision.
It’s the best out of the Creed movies, and the second best of the entire Rocky Franchise (Rocky I is the best, I just LIKE Rocky IV the best).
