if my parents want me in the dumb school I'm in right now and the school requires a parent signature for transfering

Well, there’s 2 ways…

1. Talk to your parents about the fact that your school is dumb and why, and try to convince them to transfer you to another school.

2. Forge the parental signature, so that you’ll be transferred. As for transportation, if your parents drop you off, have them drop you off at your old school and then when they can’t see you, walk to your new school. For bus, I dunno.
