Neville and his parents died in the epilouge of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. His parents were put down with assisted suicide because of their quality and enjoyment of life was almost non-existent. Neville died because he encountered and hippogriff in Sweden, he died because he forgot to bow beforehand, so he walked up to it and it killed and ate him because he didn't bow.
