Someone in one of my classes today...

Said on may 17th at my school there will be a MC convention.

They said it waS a surprise for me.

I knew something didn't add up. I asked for more details.

Something didn't add up still. They were insisting it was true. I asked the teacher if it was true. The teacher said no.

That’s because your classmate is trying to get your hopes up for the convention. They know it’s not actually gonna happen - they just want to see you upset.
