Please tell me what's wrong with a boy wearing a skirt! It's 2024 people wear what they want. People could say girls shouldn't wear pants but that's not very fair is it? It's the same thing with skirts and boys.

Binary refers to your sex, not your gender. His sex is male and he can't change that therefore being nonbinary doesn't make sense. Since he is male, wearing a dress or skirt is going against the moral logic defined by the way male and female set themselves apart from each other.
