Well, I think a rag might be a bad idea, your ears might get infected.. and I do agree that your nails are too dirty. I understand that you washed them in ice water but even if your nails are clean, it’s really hard and painful to do that. I recommend just getting your ears pierced by a professional, with an actual piercer.

You should wear thick pads and try to get some period panties. And then there is also the Herbal thingy called Shepard's purse that makes periods a LOT shorter. The longest mine are have been 6 days (or 5) when taking it. I hope this helped u Chels!!!!!!!

well as a girl who hasn't gotten her period YET BUT MIGHT GET IT DURING THE SUMMER.

Just like use pads and if u like just got it DON'T use tampons ig u could but like take it out in a couple of hours cause it can get toxic (at least thats what I heard) if the thing is up there for to long if uDON'T Have pads then use the bear toilet paper cause it's kinda thick oh and AND NO DO NOT USE ONE SHEET LIKE I WOULD USE ABOUT LIKE UM A LOT JUST INCASE And if ur on ur period wear something black no jeans or white shorts just incase ;)

You could try pads there the easiest to use and if you can’t afford them or you aren’t able to go to a store you could always wrap toilet paper around your underwear, it isn’t  the best thing to do when you’ve got IT but it’s the next best thing if you can’t afford pads or tampons.

Oh and when you go to sleep ether put some pads further back or add extra layers of toilet paper. Because um it drips back and I don’t think you really want a stain on your bed.

I got mine like 4 months ago and I have had one ever since it’s not that bad it’s just a pain in the butt to have to change you pads Twice a day.

I also recommend have a designated pair of pants and underwear for when you’re on IT.

Try doing things you like to do because usually when I’m on mine I get really tired and a bit grumpy.

I got mine at nine, and now I'm 11.

I'll say, it's pretty hard and painful- But sometimes I feel nothing.

It honestly depends on what you feel comfortable using, but I recommend PaDs because you don't have to- Nevermind.

It's the most comfy thing that I know.

You can use a heating pad on your belly to reduce the pain, you can drink teas,and you can sit back and relax.

Eating dark chocolate (The rich kind) can also somehow help with the pain. Make sure to wear black or really dark pants or skirts so that IT can't show.

Focusing on your favorite thing can help. Sometimes when I'm on mine, I like to dance and that takes the pain away and helps me focus on my dancing!
