you'll make a post after it's been "handed" to you

example: 

someone said, "passing the post to someone who loves Moomin"

then, Carly would take the "post" she was "handed" and say, whatever she wants, targeting another person!! :D

Basically, a person makes a post and says they pass it on to (describing person but not saying their name), and then that person makes a post saying that they are passing the post on to another person. Repeat.
