I have some coping mechanisms I use for anxiety, I bet they’d work for anger, too! Try crumpling up or scribbling on a paper, squishing a stress ball, writing down what is making you mad, journaling, screaming into a pillow, punching a pillow, do whatever you’d like to do to whatever made you mad into a pillow and pretend it’s the thing that made you mad. Excersize helps too, it’s been proven to make you happy!
