I go to my room alone or put calming music on and get more sleep if u dI'd not get long sleep

I have some coping mechanisms I use for anxiety, I bet they’d work for anger, too! Try crumpling up or scribbling on a paper, squishing a stress ball, writing down what is making you mad, journaling, screaming into a pillow, punching a pillow, do whatever you’d like to do to whatever made you mad into a pillow and pretend it’s the thing that made you mad. Excersize helps too, it’s been proven to make you happy!

I can actually relate. I have a slight case of anger issues where I will just lash out. BUT there are waya to control it. For me it was going outside and plaing my sport. If you dont have a sportaybe consider signing up. Since my sprt is one where you throw a ball I just went outside and pegged it at the wall. I know. But it it helped. I hope you can find other ways too but this is what helped me.

You can try finding hubbies like yoga and painting, try playing music that keeps you grooving. And don’t forget to take deep breaths
