Yesss, I relate to all of them! I feel sad like that sometimes, my friend / cousin gave me some advice- find an outlet. For me the outlet is art, baking, or singing, but you can find your own. I feel significantly happier now that I’ve learned my coping mechanisms, but yes, I do still have some days where I hit rock bottom and cry for a while. Just remember that we are all here for you when you need it most, and every step of the way we’re here to help :)
