DISCLAIMER: I am being very vulnerable here but I feel like I needed to share my life with people right now. I am still newish here but I feel as though I can relate to a lot of you guys so....

Do you ever cry at night and not know why?

Do you ever go to school and worry about who you ate going to sit with at lunch?

Do ever worry that you are not good enough?

Do you wish your parents would except you for who you are?

Do wish that people would stop having such high expectations of you?

Do you wish that people would stop coming to you with problems because you can hardly solve your own?

Do you wish you could be accepted for who you are?

Have you ever had fake friends that try to teist you into something that you aren't and then leave you once their done?

If you have all these then you can relate to me. Pls dont hate I just had to get it off my chest.

Yesss, I relate to all of them! I feel sad like that sometimes, my friend / cousin gave me some advice- find an outlet. For me the outlet is art, baking, or singing, but you can find your own. I feel significantly happier now that I’ve learned my coping mechanisms, but yes, I do still have some days where I hit rock bottom and cry for a while. Just remember that we are all here for you when you need it most, and every step of the way we’re here to help :)

Thank you! My outlet is usually art because I can put all my feelings onto paper and sometimes people see what it means but most the time its like a secret message that only I can understand.
