So, as most of u know, I have GAD. I have a panic attack every night, which makes it hard to sleep. I basically have this thing where if i go to sleep at 10, and by 10:45 I’m still awake, I go to my mom and do something till I’m tired. I’ve never stayed up for that long after I established that rule, but last night, i went to sleep at 9:30, and decided, if I’m awake by 10:10, I go to mom. I stayed until 10:10 worrying about LITERALLY EVERYTHING and got up. Then I colored in my coloring book and read for 10 mins, and I went to sleep around 11:20. Has this happened to anyone?
