My mom gets migraines every week!

Question

Every time my mom gets a migraine, she's like, "Migraine day!" or " I'm getting a migraine! " And she has to be in the dark for 24 hours or more.

I will try that next time I get a migraine. I get migraines every few months, and for me it always hits in that I start puking and saying Mom it's happening! The last time I had one was actually a few weeks ago, and I woke up in the night with a bad headache. Kinda helped! Thank You! But for 24 hours? That's crazy! I've never seen anyone have to do that having a migraine
