I just discovered that we can write stories so I'm doing this now :3
Nyx looked up at the sky. The stars seemed to wink at them as they watched. Then the voices came back. Nyx always chuckled when the voices started up again. They knew talking to someone about it would make them seem- well, mentally insane. But they knew that they were perfectly sound in the head. (Because they heard SOUNDS in their HEAD). The strange thing was that the voices started up only when the stars came out. Just a while ago, Nyx decided that the voices were from the stars. That would make much more sense than them reading minds. Even so, Nyx had never actually talked to the voices. They never had a reason to. "Better late than never," they sighed. "What do you want?" The voices seemed to notice Nyx. "Child, we-" "Hey, I'm not a child! I'm 13!" The voices seemed to chatter among themselves before turning back to them. "Well, anyway, we know you have heard us for a while. Why talk to us now?" "Just had a question. Are you all stars?" "Why, yes. Finally, you have figured it out. You are one of the nova."
