What should I do I mean I have this friend that think that I am stealing her place of the other friend and she is always mad at me! What should I do hhhheeeeelllllllppppp!!!!!shrug

You just need to let her go, she obviously doesn't trust you so,  you just need to accept the fact that she is jealous of you hanging out with this other friend, and just let her do her own thing.
