Oh… I’m sorry that you have to go through this. Maybe you could talk to yourself, like repeating “everything is going to be okay.” At first it will feel like your trying to convince yourself, but soon it will feel natural and will be something to hold onto, like a buoy of hope in a sea of uncertainty. This only works in certain situations, but let’s say a person is causing this pain. Physically distance yourself from this person or thing. Another thing is you could focus on yourself, doing what you want and not trying to satisfy everyone else. Also, you might be blocking out your negative emotions, but that may be part of the problem. Let the emotions flow, and it may help you cope with it until your strong enough to thrust you anger of sadness away and be good as new. Last but not least, talk about it! Many people make the mistake of doing everything alone. You need to know you aren’t on your own and their are others like you. I hope this helped you and you feel better soon.
