I am terrified of my mom and dad what do I do?

I am scared of my dad he's always passive-aggressive / physically abusive. I get so much anxiety when he's near me. I don't know what to do and my mom does not care either, I've tried CPS and they've done nothing about the situation. I came to my friend's house and we hung out until 9 pm my dad knocked on the door so I answered and he was so aggressive towards me and my friend noticed it. I'm so scared. My mom treats me the same way she threatens me and it's getting worse and worse.

That sounds bad. Maybe talk to a Aunt or cousin about it? Just get a bunch of opinions from people irl and if most of them say to tell the police then tell the police. I wouldn't call the police straight away if I were you though. I also know a lawyers phone number that you could use.

You should tell a trusted adult and if your parents abuse you you can legally move to a different family members house like grandparents or your aunt and uncle
