How do you know you have that many points? Please register for an account first so you can accumulate points under that username. After that, you can apply for an advice column. Once you register for a username we can give you credit for any points you may have accumulated as a different name, even if you did have an account at the time.

from what I see, you have 680 points not 16,000 points.

They actually had a lot more points (enough to get an advice column), but did them as an unregistered user
