my period is soooo bad i can't do the things i usually do, like go to my piano lessons or do martial arts which is one of my favorite sports!!!!! it hurts so much i cry everyday and it leaks everywhere, even with 100 layers of pads!!! my mom won't help me and i feel lost and it's so heavy and painful. what to do?????
