Instagram won't let me in!

Question

So I've been using Instagram a lot more know that I'm following a bunch of kids from camp! And well it won't let me login in it just says " Sorry Error try again later" I've tried resetting the password but all it says it "Error"

1. Restart Your Device.
2. Sign Out & Sign In.
3. Clear Instagram Cache.
4. Link Your Facebook Account.
5. Remove Unverified Links From Your Bio (If Any)
6. Log in from a different device.
7. Change your password.
8. Unlink apps that are linked to your Instagram account.

How do you clear Instagram Cache without begin able to login!

Changing Password

I can't sign in or out bc  I can't get in!
