Instagram won't let me in!

So I've been using Instagram a lot more know that I'm following a bunch of kids from camp! And well it won't let me login in it just says " Sorry Error try again later" I've tried resetting the password but all it says it "Error"

Restart Your Device.
Sign Out & Sign In.
Clear Instagram Cache.
Link Your Facebook Account.
Remove Unverified Links From Your Bio (If Any)
Log in from a different device.
Change your password.
Unlink apps that are linked to your Instagram account.

How do you clear Instagram Cache without begin able to login!

I've tried

Restarting device

Changing Password

I can't sign in or out bc I can't get in!

I tried FB

Open the Settings app and tap Storage. Open the Storage menu. William Antonelli/Insider.Select Other Apps, and then find Instagram in the list of apps and tap it. Your apps will be sorted by how much space they take up Tap the Clear Cache option.
