I'm super sick.

Stuffy nose, bad cough, feel like garbage.

Any tips?

Drink 2x much water than normal.

Don't exersize (cant spell) until you get better.

If you are stuck in the house for a long period of time, consider spending an hour or so on the porch so you can still get some sun.

Same! Well I have a cough and a stuffy nose! Drink lots of peppermint tea with honey! Stay away from sugar as much as possible bc it makes the infection worst!
