I FINALLY KNOW WHATS HAPPENIBG

Question

I made a post a decade ago talking about me being Nausecous.

Well...

My school nurse says it's all anxiety.

She gave me some tips on how to cure it.

she said that I cannot eat anything fried for 2 weeks, which is kinda of a bummer because I can't eat traditional Venezuelan food anymore except the super flat arepas :(

She also assignmed me a "Safe spot" for Ovewhelming situations, which is one of the SPED rooms. I had a really terrible panic attack on Monday because we had indoor recess and also because some boys were mocking how I react to loud noises

I mean... This kind of hurts. everytime I deal with Nauscea or Vomiting or sm digestion related I get pretty scared. usually what I do is that I just lay in bed, having to drink electrolytes and watching Youtube on the TV.

Last time I vomited was in November of last year so I'm pretty scared. I remember I watched a documeantry on Norway with my mom the day before and I couldnt sleep that night (For some reason, watching Scandinavian documeantries help me sleep very well. Last week I watched one on Finnish History and the Kalevala with my mom and I slept pretty well)

Also, The geometry test I talked about yesterday? I got a 70. Which is a pretty good grade knowing that most kids failed (My best friend got a 20.)

First of all…I HAVE ANXIETY AND DIETING IS NOT HOW U CURE IT. sry sry sry. It may prevent u from eating bad food, but NOT UR ANXIETY. 

also, sounds like u have emetophobia, fear of throwing up, which is what I have. 

I had the 2nd worst panic attack of my life yesterday and it was horrible but guess what girlie? U ain’t gonna die. They don’t last forever. Remember that ok? U can get thru it! U got it! 

And great job on the test!

Ur nurse sounds kinda uneducated about…well…nursing stuff specifically anxiety.

Ps fried food isn’t amazing for ur stomach but it doesn’t affect ur anxiety as far as I know…

Me either. I can’t eat when I’m not hungry. Not at all. Even if it’s a bowl of ice cream. With peach cobbler on top. Nope. Not doing it.

But at the same time, I can eat an entire large container of fries and still be able to eat fries.
