I am terrified of my period, ima just come out and say it. I know most girls are, but I am full on panicking. I've been googling symptoms of girls first period for days and am terrified mine will come soon as a lot of the most common symptoms are similar to my own.

Symptoms I am expieriencing:

Tiredness but not falling asleep

Acne breakouts

Exhaustion and headaches

Weight changes

Mood swings

Tender melons

Idk if its jyst me but I am kind if freaking out. I am scared of getting my period in CLASS and not having pads or anything to help me.

I need advice from y'all xd

Like imnayeon said, talk to an adult! Also, buy some kid-friendly books about periods. They’ll probably help you worry less. Everyone is different, however.

Maybe talk to am adult about it so if you do start your period unexpectedly you'll know what to do
