Question

I am a relatively frequent KS user; thought it might be interesting to do a “Who Am I” with info I don’t normally share.

• I like the movies R.E.D, the Ocean’s movies (11, 12, and 13), and the John Wick movies.
• I speak the (dead) Irish language.
• My favorite sodas are sasparilla and cream soda.
• I bought a $20 Casio watch (I won’t reveal the model ‘cause it’ll be a dead giveaway) and wore it every day until I got a new Seiko watch, which I now wear everyday instead.
• I like black coffee.
• My lineage includes Scottish, Irish, Hungary, and (concerningly), Sicilian on my mom’s side; French, possibly Scottish, and a tiny bit Native American on my dad’s side.

It’s not me. I’ve never seen any of the above movies, I only speak English, I’m not allowed to drink soda, I don’t have a watch (though I used to have a kids one), and I’ve never tried coffee but I absolutely hate coffee-flavored stuff (one exception: some coconut cake or something).

As for my lineage, I’m not sure on my mom’s side (all I know is that she’s a tiny bit Indian), but on my dad’s side, the lineage is a lot of Norwegian (and Swedish, but don’t tell my grandpa), and I dunno what else.

I want to speak Blackfoot, but it’s really hard since it’s so dead. I interviewed a guy for my podcast once; I asked him to introduce himself and share a little of his background and he just spoke in Blackfeet for like two or three minutes before translating what he’d just said to English.
