Many people don't support the community because they think it's "gross" or "wierd"

Autumn, you have a good point in your answer to Answer me honestly:Are you homophobic and why?

Some people think its gross for women to be attracted to women, men attracted to men, but honestly, it's not. Oh, so you think it's gross for women and men to be attracted to each other? It's just the same , if you really think about it.

If you are homophobic, please don't announce it. (Its not like anyone has done that before, that would be rude.) I'm just putting that out there for people who might plan to do it in the future. The +LBTQIA community deserves respect.

so true.

Like there's nothing wrong with it! They're all still humans.

But if someone were attracted to something not human (i.e tree or cat) THAT  would be a bit strange.

I mean, people can do that, it just wouldn't be seen as, uh.. Normal, per se.

(I'm talking about the being attracted to a nonhuman thing)
