Setting that aside, does that mean I’m a Scandinavian American? I have 25% Scandinavian in me.

2. in most Nordic communities, people who are 25% or more Scandinavian can call themselves Scandinavian-Americans

Well, I’m about 25% Scandinavian (my own diagnosis), so I guess I can call myself a Scandinavian-American!
