Eating Disorders and how to maintain a healthy diet:

There are several types of EDs and all of them are honestly horrible. The worst one I think is called Anorexia. Anorexia is an ED in which a person starves themself to a point where they actually d*e. This ED comes from comparing yourself to models and celebs or a person you even know, thinking the only way to "look like them" is to not eat. They may also not drink enough water. A  fact I know is when you starve yourself, you also start to get weak and your brain goes wonky, because you don't have the energy to think properly. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner are so important for your overall health. Don't skip food if you think you're fat. Everyone is beautiful in their own ways. If you seriously think you're fat, don't starve yourself! Do more exercise, cut out the snacks, and try to lower your carb intake. Also, never skip breakfast. If you do, you will not have enough energy to get through the day. Even a simple breakfast like a banana or a bran muffin or even a slice of pizza is good enough. You need protein in the morning, which is packed with stuff to make you ready for the day and help you get hyper enough to be able to do your daily chores. For dinner, try not to eat too too much. The more food you eat at night, the more late you will be up at night. A small soup is good enough. For lunch, try to have enough protein to get through the afternoon.

Drinking water:

The average human need 6-8 glasses of water per day. If you do not drink enough water, you will get dehydrated and even get sick. However, it is important you don't drink too much water as well. If you drink too much at a time, your stomach could even burst.

Skincare:

Honestly, you don't need to use products for your skincare routine. Just a simple face wash is good enough. When people sell skincare product's that are supposedly, "all natural" , think of this:

Well, poison ivy is natural, but is it good for your skin? Nope.

My mom makes me use face moisturizer and I don’t think it’s working, so I don’t use it.

Also, the best way to see if something’s natural is to check the ingredients. If it has chemicals (like sulfates), then it’s not all-natural. (A lot of people tell you to avoid anything that has ingredients you can’t pronounce, but I think that’s bad advice because you might be able to pronounce everything on the ingredients list or you might not be able to pronounce a lot of stuff correctly)

I have a lot of acne too, but my mom gave me some complex 4-step expensive kit that's supposed to help and it does absolutely nothing. Imma try out a different thing that's not so complex when I run out if the thing.
