The staring woman
A girl got on a train one night. She sat down opposite this woman, who sat between two men. She wasn't bothered about them, except the fact that the woman seemed to be starring at her, but she couldn't quite see because the woman had her hood up. At the next stop, a man got on the train and sat next to her. After about five minutes the man whispered to the girl, "Get off the next stop with me, it's important that you trust me."
At the next stop the girl got off the train with the man and watched the train speed by. The man turned to the girl and said, "Thank God, I'm a doctor and that woman is dead, the two men beside her were holding her up."
Knock
I woke up to hear a knocking on glass. At first, I thought it was the window until I heard it come from the mirror again.
Scratches
Growing up with cats and dogs, I got used to the sound of scratching at my door while I slept. Now that I'm alone, it's much more unsettling.
Doors
In all the time that I've lived alone in this house, I swear to God, I've closed more doors than I've opened.
Staring cat
I've always thought my cat had a starring problem-she always seemed to fixated on my face. Until one day, I realized that she was always looking just behind me.
Seeing Them
After working a hard day, I came home to see my girlfriend cradling our child. I didn't know which was more frightening, seeing my dead girlfriend and unborn child, or knowing that someone broke into my apartment and placed them there.
