I think you should just talk to them about it.
If there fighting really really bothers you, then get some headphones, read a book, go for a walk, play with your pets, siblings etc.
I really reccomend writing in your diary about your feelings. Trust me it helps. And I know this is off topic but, if it really really bothers you, like if anything makes you soso made just write it all down on a piece of paper and then crumble it. It burn it. But crumbling it and then throwing it out is safer lol!
