There are a millions why this is a stupid question. Of course not. 

  1. Birthdays are usually celebrated at school anyways
  2. No one actually celebrates their birthday on the exact day
  3. Sometimes there is birthdays on weekends, so some kids will get days off and some won't. 

And those are only a few reasons.

Dude, I celebrate my birthday on my birthday. Basically everyone does that. (People born on February 29 are the exception, but this year is a leap year so…)
