Being confused is confuseing

I'm working on a homemade hydraulic press but the piston is single action so I need 2 way switch. But I can't figure out how to reverse the polarity of the birds pic pump and keep a closed electrical contact in the circuit.

Ps. Dogs are a fire hazard and no I still exist! Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
