there was a day

something happened

terribly

there was a blast

it injured many

it was very bad

and scared plenty

we should not let

the fear get to us

we must stay hopeful

through the fuss

we greatly respect those

who were harmed

bowed head in prayer,

raise the alarm

our hope will shine

through the bad

don't ignore what happened

remember what I have said
