dude my phone is acting so weird [poll]

so like recently my mom put parental controls on my phone (Samsung galaxy) , and its been acting weird. 

problem 1: my phone keeps switching backgrounds from my current one to the default.

Probably faulty parental control software. What kind of parental controls are you using?

Probably? I know it IS the parental controls. Judging by the app icons, it's most likely the default Android parental controls.

Talk to your mom about it. (I don’t have a lot of experience with Samsung phones, plus your mom put the parental controls on the phone so you probably can’t disable them without getting in trouble)

actually i can't disable the controls period. once applied apparently the parental controls  alter the device forever
