I need prayers (last post for a while)

Question

ik I said I was leaving for a little while but I decided to make 1 more post I really really need prayers rn as my uncle/godfather's heart keeps stoping and he keeps haveing to go to the hospital to be revived they released him resintly with a pacer and my dog who I have had since I was 1 is very sick with numonya she always eats everything but now rarely eats she is very weak and keeps collapsing and is usually not able to get back up she trows up a lot and might have a tumore we will know in a few days we may have to put her down I am curinly in very bad heath and have a dagerisly high heart rate and trobale breathing and cheat painds my heart is hurting and it hurts to breath all this may lead to heart failure but worst of all because of my bipolor disorder moodswings and everything happening in my life I took it all out on my BFF and she is so mad at me and hurt I am 99% sure I lost my BFF and my mom no longer wants me to talk to or hang out with my other bff because she thinks she is a bad influence and mean girl and when we are together we can be very mean I am going back to school on Monday after a week of no school and I will have no friends I feel so alone rn and I am in so much pain someone I have loved more then anything keeps dyeing and dose not have long left and my best friend since I was one may have to be put down and I am in so much pain mentally and pysicly idk what to do I am so lost rn

p.s I will get emails if you reply so I will see them even tho I am leaving

The update is that I was insanely sick today and could not move a muscle I was throwing up all day and was not able to go to the hospital but hopefully we will be able to go tomorrow

I just want to say thank you to all of you for your support and prayers it means so much to me i will find out tomorrow if I have heart failure i will update you then

You will never lose me. And I hope you feel better soon. You have made some bad choices that really hurt me but I forgive you because people deserve a second chance. We will always be best friends no matter how bad the fights are. (Hopefully none ever again)
