Chapter three
Preparing
I walk down stairs,I grab my backpack off the door knob.
I go into the kitchen,and grab the PB&JS that are wrapped in a bag with tinfoil.
I grab some other essentials like a flashlight, a box of gram crackers,and two water bottles.
I walk back upstairs and grab some extra clothing like, two long sleeve shirts, a T-Shirt,a thick hoodie,and a light sweater.
I sneak into my moms room and can't find her swiss army knife.
So I went down stairs and into the kitchen to grab one of the little knives for cooking.
My front door had a child lock on it so I got one of my hair pins out of my hair and picked the child lock so I could get out.
“Oops i forgot my coat oh and a letter.” I whisper.
I go into my room and grab a piece of paper and a pen off of my desk.
I write
Dear mom,
I ran away.
I hope you never come looking for me.
The reason I ran away is because I don't know why you were yelling at me.
I hope to never see your face again.
